TrademarkMind MCP

An official MCP server provided by TrademarkMind that allows AI assistants to perform free trademark availability checks against U.S. (USPTO) and international (Madrid/WIPO) registers. It supports checking brand names, logos, and business names, determining appropriate Nice classes, and providing conflict verdicts without requiring user authentication or API keys.

Endpoint and access
