Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Tower and Wing (hospital.loans) answers questions about FHA-insured hospital loans: every active loan in HUD's files under Section 242, 223(f), 223(a)(7) and 241(a), grouped by hospital or health system, the terminated hospital loans since 1968 (including the ones that ended in an insurance claim), portfolio totals, and HUD's program rules, eligibility tests, fees and process times. Loan data comes from HUD's Insured Multifamily Mortgages files (rows labeled MF Hospitals), refreshed monthly; each result gives the file date and the HUD source link. Totals, medians and claim counts are computed by the site from those files. Program rules cite 24 CFR Part 242 and HUD notices. Note rates are historical rates on existing loans, not offers. Nothing returned is a quote, an eligibility determination or financial advice; HUD decides eligibility. A hospital is listed only because HUD's public file shows a loan. The site is published by Janover Capital LLC and is not affiliated with HUD, FHA or any hospital named. Downloads and field definitions: https://hospital.loans/data/
