Toolstem SEC MCP Server

An MCP server providing agent-ready SEC filing intelligence, including insider signals, institutional flow, and material events digest. It pre-computes high-value signals from SEC EDGAR's public submissions API, returning structured JSON without requiring an SEC API key. The server includes a built-in sliding-window rate limiter to stay under SEC's fair-access ceiling and supports both hosted endpoints and self-hosting.
