TokenMizer MCP

TokenMizer is an open-source, graph-backed session memory system for AI agents. It acts as an OpenAI-compatible proxy that constructs a knowledge graph of conversation history, including decisions, context, and file analysis. This allows agents to checkpoint and resume sessions, effectively bypassing LLM context window limits by querying a structured graph of past interactions rather than relying on simple summarization.

What you can do with it

  • Checkpoint and resume long AI agent sessions
  • Analyze files and track decisions across conversations
  • Reduce token usage by storing structured memory instead of raw history
  • Enable agents to recall why specific technical choices were made
