tododebt MCP

An MCP server that inventories TODO, FIXME, HACK, and XXX code debt markers. It walks a repository to record markers with file, line, and text, groups counts by marker and file, and uses git blame to date each marker so the oldest debt surfaces first. It provides a scan_todo_debt tool returning a JSON report with verdicts, counts, and findings.
