Titleman MCP MCP server

Official MCP server for Titleman, an AI analyst for commercial real estate. It allows agents to request Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), find comparable properties, and perform underwriting analysis by address. The server integrates with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, Slack, and Zapier, authenticating via OAuth 2.1 to run reports against the user's own workspace.
