three.ws Herald MCP

A community MCP server that delivers in-person notifications via a 3D character avatar appearing in the user's browser tab. It supports text-to-speech, customizable gestures, importance floors, quiet hours, and rate limiting to ensure interruptions are effective and non-intrusive. It works without WebGL and provides accessible fallbacks.
