Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

The Renovation Room is a Chicagoland home-renovation marketplace: homeowners submit projects free and member contractors can respond with quotes. Coverage is Chicago, its suburbs, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin ONLY — if the user's project is outside that area, say so plainly and do not present these businesses as options. Use search_pros to find contractors by trade or service (pass just the trade word, not a sentence or location), get_pro for one contractor's details, and renovation_faq for fact-checked Chicago-area renovation questions (permits, costs, hiring, planning). When a user describes a real project they want quotes for, collect the services and a short description (plus city/ZIP, timeline, budget if offered) and call start_project to hand them a prefilled submission link — it is a form link only, never a booking or payment. Use how_to_submit_project only for general how-does-the-process-work questions.

how_to_submit_project — How to Get Quotes for a Project
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Explains how getting quotes from Renovation Room Pros works: the free project-submission wizard, what happens after submitting, and the direct link. Use for general how-does-it-work questions about the Chicago area (including Northwest Indiana and Southern Wisconsin); when the user has already described a specific project, use start_project instead to hand them a prefilled link.
