New Leaf Properties: twelve motel and extended-stay properties in Twin Falls, Idaho. Nightly, weekly and up-to-30-day rooms. No lease, no credit check, no card taken online. Nightly stays are back, subject to availability. Many of our rooms go to guests staying a week or longer. A single is $65 a night and a double $75 a night, before 8% tax, subject to availability. Four to six nights never cost more than a week. A studio has no nightly rate. Singles and doubles are booked by the night or by the week, and studios by the week, up to 30 days. The live minimum for each property and room type is minNightsByRoomType in that property's /.netlify/functions/inventory answer; find_rooms applies it. Always call find_rooms with dates before telling anybody a room is free. The numbers in the published availability feeds are CAPACITY — how many rooms of each type each property sells online — and carry no dates at all. They are not a count of empty rooms. A stay is capped at 30 days. $1,000 buys UP TO 30 DAYS in a single room; it is not a monthly rate and this business does not rent by the month. Booking is done by a person on the property's own reserve.html page — this server cannot make a reservation.

find_rooms — Find available rooms
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Which of the twelve New Leaf properties in Twin Falls has a room free tonight or on particular nights. Asks all twelve live at the moment you call it. Give the dates: the published availability feeds carry CAPACITY, not vacancy, and say nothing about which nights are taken. With no dates it answers for tonight and says so. It applies each property's live minimum stay: a single or a double can be one night, subject to availability, and a studio is 7 nights or more. For a stay under a week with a room free it gives the nightly rates. A stay over 30 nights is refused before anything else: every stay is capped at 30 days.

list_properties — List properties
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

All twelve New Leaf properties: name, address, phone, which room types each sells online, its rates and its booking URL. Static facts only — it says nothing about whether a room is free tonight. Use find_rooms for that.

get_rates — Get room rates
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

What a room costs across the portfolio, by the night and by the week, and the rules that govern a stay: the minimum stay, how a stay under a week is priced, the 30-day cap, the weekly-only studio rule, the 8% Idaho lodging tax, and why $1,000 is never a monthly rate.

quote_stay — Quote a stay
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

The total for one stay at one New Leaf property: the nights, the tax and what is paid at the property. Asks that property live and returns its answer word for word, so the figure is the one its booking form uses, and passes on its refusal when a stay cannot be sold. Use it once the property, room type and dates are known. It gives a price, not availability: use find_rooms to see which properties have a room free.
