Tewip MCP

Tewip is an MCP server that proves software work by triaging failing tests to a cause with evidence, determining if a test can ever fail, performing mutation testing to see if tests notice code breaks, and analyzing database migrations. It provides a single verdict on whether a change is done, refusing to guess when evidence is insufficient.
