Terraback is a self-hosted MCP server that allows AI agents to scan AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure and deterministically generate Terraform HCL with import blocks. It provides tools for inventory, codification, and verification without using LLMs in the codification path, ensuring generated code plans as imports-only.
