Tensorust Ontology MCP
The Tensorust Ontology MCP server provides public records on US organization ownership, property control, and federal rule compliance. It aggregates data from county property rolls, state business registries, SEC filings, FCC licensing, and federal awards into a unified graph. Agents can query ownership structures, check for banned-vendor status, and verify regulatory obligations for organizations and properties.

query_ontology — Query the ontology (search or graph)
Read-only, parameterized query over the Tensorust Ontology (no query language, nothing to inject). Search mode: filter objects by name (match contains | prefix | exact), type (Organization, ControlGroup, FCCLicense, Sanction, PAC, Rule), rule (objects a federal rule applies to: ROAD-1001, DFARS-FOCI, FCC-FAC, FCC-FAC-FLAG, CBAND-LUMP, ERATE-LATEINV, OFAC-SDN) with an optional rule status, min_sources (objects found in N+ public data sources) and min_links; sort by relevance, sources, links or name; returns total, a page of rows {oid, name, type, sources, links, status} and next_offset. Graph mode: from=<oid> lists that object's links with counts; add link (OWNS, HOLDS, RECEIVED, MEMBER_OF, SUBSIDIARY_OF, SUBJECT_TO, APPLIED, SERVES, BORROWS, LENDS_TO, SANCTIONED, LOBBIES_FOR, HAS_PAC, FILED) and direction (out | in) to page the linked objects. Pages are 10 rows by default, 25 max (100 with a Tensorust key). Errors say exactly which value to send. Call describe_schema first if unsure. Free.

Private credit marks for a US company: every BDC (business development company) fund that holds its first-lien term loan, the fair value each reported as a share of par in its 10-Q for 2026-06-30 (SEC filings), the manager (Ares, Blue Owl, Goldman, Golub, Apollo...) and how far the lenders disagree. A low mark by one manager tends to lead: lenders 10-20 points above the lowest peer cut by 5+ points the next quarter 20.4% of the time vs 2.8% when lenders agree. Per list: listed vendors and listing dates, papers, awards, FY2025 dollars (broad, narrow-attribution and most-likely-paid cuts), institutions, direct federal purchases; per rule (Section 889 grants ban, American Security Drone Act, BIOSECURE grace period, UFLPA import presumption; FCC Covered List as information only): award counts by status; the in-force / no-grace lead cut (in_force) and the split by award class; top agencies and institutions. }contractor_credit_watch — Federal contractors their lenders are marking down
BDC-financed federal contractors with a stress signal (a lender marks the first-lien loan below 90% of par, cut it 5+ points in a quarter including Q3 2026 marks as filed, or two managers sit 10+ points apart), largest federal exposure first. Filter by signal (marked_below_90, marked_below_80, lenders_10pt_apart, cut_5pt_q2, cut_5pt_q3, headcount_down_20pct, all_debt_lines_below_90), agency text, state; sort by federal, mark or q3; private_only=true drops names with listed equity or a rated syndicated loan (each row carries market_priced either way). Free: the top 10. full=true: every row, $0.25 per call over x402 (USDC on Base) or with a Tensorust key.

Validate one FCC Upper C-band claim before it is filed, against the records the Clearinghouse pays from: a lump sum election (kind=lumpsum: claimant_name, call_sign, site_id, antennas as 'ID=qty|ID=qty', antenna_type single|multi|smb|lmb|gateway|tfe, mvpd_site) checked against the Oct 15 2026 incumbent list (DA 26-1126), the 2020 and 2025 lists, licensee FRNs, Form 323 control groups, dish co-location across call signs and OFAC / foreign-adversary flags; or a radio altimeter rebate (kind=altimeter: claimant_name, n_number, radio_altimeters, retrofit_type upgrade|replacement, trustee_certification, optional serial) checked against the FAA Aircraft Registry (owner of record, trustee, registration status and expiry, airframe serial, ownership changes since FCC 26-46, co-owners). Returns pass / warn / fail per rule with the reason and the record compared, the verdict (accepted / review / rejected) and the amount at the preliminary DA 26-1049 / proposed DA 26-1076 figures. Nothing is recorded. Free.

}clearinghouse_validate — Validate Upper C-band clearinghouse claims (free)
Free validation API for the FCC Upper C-band Clearinghouse: send one claim or a batch of up to 100 (claims: [...]), lump sum elections (kind=lumpsum: claimant_name, call_sign, site_id, antennas 'ID=qty|ID=qty', antenna_type, mvpd_site) and radio altimeter rebates (kind=altimeter: claimant_name, n_number, radio_altimeters, retrofit_type, trustee_certification, optional serial) mixed. Runs the same 24 rules as the Tensorust Clearinghouse Console against the Oct 15 2026 incumbent list (DA 26-1126), the 2020 and 2025 lists, Form 323 control groups, OFAC, the preliminary Cost Catalog (DA 26-1049), the FAA Aircraft Registry and the proposed altimeter amounts (DA 26-1076). Duplicate rules compare the claims in the call with each other. Returns per claim the verdict (accepted / review / rejected), the amount, and every rule hit with its reason and the record compared, plus totals and hits per rule. all=true adds the passing rules. Nothing is stored. Limit: 30 calls a minute and 2,000 claims an hour per IP.
