TedScout is an EU public procurement intelligence platform providing an MCP server that connects AI assistants to its database of ~8M award notices. It enables users to search open tenders across TED and national portals, match opportunities to company profiles, monitor watchlists, summarize notices, research buyer history, benchmark contract values, and identify subcontractor leads.
