Tectonic Plates MCP MCP server

An official MCP server for the Tectonic Plates fitness application that allows users to plan and log training via natural language. It generates complete training blocks with progressions and deloads, calculates warmup ramps, and logs sets and sessions. It also reads training history to provide insights on current maxes and rest times, ensuring all actions are scoped to the authorized user's account.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
