TaParcelle MCP MCP server

An official MCP connector for TaParcelle, a Quebec land intelligence platform. It exposes 14 tools allowing AI assistants to query municipal decisions, zoning, assessment rolls, property transactions, and permits. Agents can evaluate property values, analyze development potential, and cite official sources directly from the TaParcelle database.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.

Evaluate if a property listing is over or under-valued against assessment rolls
Analyze zoning constraints and development potential for a specific lot
Retrieve transaction history and mortgages from the land register

Run this once in a terminal. It registers a Streamable HTTP server. Use --scope project to write .mcp.json for the repo.
