swiss-housing-mcp

An open-source MCP server connecting AI agents to the Swiss Building & Dwelling Register (GWR/RegBL). It exposes tools for building lookups via EGID/EWID, address geocoding, per-municipality construction statistics, and sub-municipal bounding-box analysis. The server uses a hybrid architecture, caching daily cantonal dumps in SQLite for aggregations while hitting live APIs for single-entity lookups.
