swarm-rd-orchestrator MCP

A Ray-native context and memory sharing tool for parallel research agents. It provides an append-only, SQLite-WAL-backed event log wrapped as a Ray actor, allowing parallel agents to write findings and pull each other's data without a shared mutable store. It exposes three typed MCP tools over stdio: append_delta, pull_deltas, and list_tasks, enabling agents to drive the event log programmatically.
