SwapWallet MCP MCP server

An official MCP server for the SwapWallet crypto exchange that allows AI agents to read user balances, transaction history, and portfolio data. It enables agents to initiate swaps, transfers, and withdrawals, which are strictly secured by requiring explicit user approval via Telegram before any funds are moved.
