stillos-kya MCP

An MCP server implementing Know Your Agent (KYA) for agent-to-agent commerce. It performs counterparty due diligence by screening against OFAC sanctions lists and analyzing on-chain wallet signals to return a CLEAR, REVIEW, or BLOCK verdict. It provides an Ed25519-signed receipt as proof-of-diligence for transactions, supporting both free tier unsigned checks and paid tier verifiable receipts.
