sqlite-graph-memory MCP
An MCP server providing persistent, associative memory for AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. It indexes markdown notes and Obsidian vaults using vector search combined with a graph structure derived from wikilinks, storing all data in a single SQLite file without external dependencies or ETL processes.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Provide long-term memory for coding agents across sessions
- Perform associative recall over markdown notes using wikilinks
- Index Obsidian vaults for agent retrieval
- Enable vector search with graph hops for context discovery
