The Spoolis MCP server enables agents to verify work against acceptance criteria, generate signed Outcome Receipts, and manage bilateral acceptance lifecycles. It supports tools for creating spools, submitting evidence, verifying results, and handling disputes, allowing downstream systems to act on durable, cryptographically signed acceptance results.
