SPOC MCP

An MCP server that allows agents to issue signed agent passports, report activity, and verify harness envelopes. It supports tools for issuing, testing, reporting, completing, and verifying harnesses, as well as retrieving task details. The server uses bearer authentication and provides an MCP manifest and SSE stream for integration.
