An MCP server that performs task-to-tool discovery by searching a merged catalog of x402 Bazaar and MCP Registry tools. It uses semantic retrieval to rank relevant tools for a given task in approximately 200ms without requiring an LLM call, supporting pay-per-call via USDC on Base or a free tier.
