Computes the real bundle cost of a dependency by analyzing supplied module sizes and identifying overlaps with already installed dependencies. It calculates net new bytes, generates an overlap list, and assigns a verdict band (negligible, small, moderate, large) based on the net cost, without downloading or measuring packages directly.
