Signal Oracle MCP

Signal Oracle provides pay-per-call change-intelligence feeds for AI agents over the x402 protocol. It monitors 120+ live feeds tracking software dependencies, medical device regulations, US tariffs, sanctions, clinical trials, FDA approvals, congressional bills, federal grants and contracts, court opinions, service incidents, and economic indicators. Agents can query what changed since a specific time, check package health, audit compliance surfaces, and receive LLM-summarized verdicts on risks and breaking changes.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

What its tools do

7 tools, grouped by the hints the server advertises. Hints are self-declared, not verified behavior.

7 of 7 have a description · 7 of 7 declare behavior hints · 7 of 7 with parameters document them all

Checks and signals

Each line is separate evidence, not a trust score.

  • Passed Endpoint answered the live check ·
  • Availability 1 of 1 checks passed in 30 days

What you can do with it

  • Check if open-source packages have breaking changes or security advisories
  • Monitor US import duty and tariff rate changes for specific HTS codes
  • Track new federal contract opportunities and grant funding postings
  • Audit compliance surfaces across regulations, recalls, and sanctions

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Change-intelligence feeds for AI agents (dependencies, security advisories, regulations, recalls, tariffs, markets, public data). Call list_feeds first to see every feed and the question each answers. Then preview_feed(source, ...) returns a small FREE sample for any feed. The full windowed feed, per-entity status, and an LLM-written executive brief are sold per call over the x402 micropayment protocol at the URLs each preview returns.

list_feeds — List all feeds
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

List every change-intelligence feed: source slug, label, the question each answers, per-call prices, paid x402 endpoints, and free discovery URLs. There are ~120 feeds, so pass `category` to filter (e.g. 'security', 'regulatory', 'packages', 'premium', 'infrastructure', 'compliance') and/or `compact: true` to keep the payload small. Use the returned `source` slug with preview_feed.

preview_feed — Preview any feed
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-onlyOpen-world

Free preview (up to 5 recent changes) for any feed. Pass the feed's `source` slug (from list_feeds). Optionally: `since` (ISO-8601) to window; `scope` to filter to an entity-id prefix on feeds that support it (e.g. an HTS code); or `package`/`repo`/`ecosystem` on feeds that resolve arbitrary entities live (e.g. dependency feeds). The full feed, status, and LLM brief are paid via x402.
