shipcheck MCP

A CLI tool that verifies release consistency across multiple surfaces including git tags, GitHub releases, npm, PyPI, MCP Registry, and GHCR. It checks that all surfaces agree on the same version, providing a GO or NO-GO verdict with evidence for any discrepancies.
