shelly-mcp

An unofficial, local-first MCP server for the Shelly smart-home ecosystem supporting Gen1 through Gen4 and BLU devices. It enables agents to read device status, control switches and lights, monitor energy usage, and manage automation schedules and scripts. The server prioritizes local LAN access for low latency and zero rate limits, with an optional cloud fallback for off-LAN access. It includes auto-discovery via mDNS and supports named scenes.
