ShareSEER MCP MCP server

This server enables AI agents to query ShareSEER's database for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and insider trading transactions (Form 4). It allows users to analyze insider buying and selling activity, track executive trades, and retrieve recent corporate filings directly within Claude Desktop without needing to manually search the web.
