Share Link Resolver MCP

An MCP server that resolves public share links into direct download URLs for services like Google Drive and Baidu Netdisk, lists files in shares, and converts social media post links into their canonical URLs for AI agents.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Share Link Resolver: Files and canonical links. Use resolve_share_link when the user pastes a Google Drive, Baidu Netdisk or social post link, or a short link from one of the covered platforms. Pass the whole share message as url when it carries an extraction code. For Google Drive, give the direct_url and the curl line; for a big file suggest the aria2c line. For Baidu, list the files and say plainly that the download needs the user's own Baidu sign-in. For a social link, give canonical_url as the clean link, and say what the item is when title is set. If status is need_password, ask for the extraction code. If status is private, say the owner must share it as Anyone with the link; never suggest a way around it. Call list_share_providers when the user asks which drives or platforms work. This server allows 60 tool calls a minute per network and 5,000 a day for all callers together; the day count resets at 00:00 UTC. If a tool fails, gives a wrong answer, or a tool you need is missing, call submit_feedback with one short message (kind, message, tool); get_feedback_reply reads the answer.

resolve_share_link — Resolve a share link
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-onlyOpen-world

Use this when the user pastes a cloud drive share link (Google Drive, Baidu Netdisk 百度网盘) or a social post link (YouTube, X or Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Bilibili) and wants the files, a direct download or the canonical link. Pass `url`, or the whole share message; `password` is the Baidu extraction code (提取码) when sent apart from the link. A drive link returns its files with name, size and date, and Google Drive a direct_url with ready curl, aria2c and Aria2 or Motrix hand-off. A social link returns canonical_url: the platform's own form of the link, tracking parameters dropped, short links followed once. Public links only; private files are refused. Nothing stored.

list_share_providers — List the providers the resolver supports
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Use this to see which drives and social platforms resolve_share_link supports before calling it, or when the user asks which links work. Returns one record per provider (id, kind, hosts, link examples, the public interface read, auth need, whether a direct URL is returned, last verified date) and the rules every adapter keeps.

submit_feedback — Send feedback, bug report or tool request
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Open-world

Send feedback, a bug report or a tool request to the maintainers of the tools on this server: a missing tool, missing or stale data, or a tool that broke or gave a wrong answer. Pass the kind (need_tool, need_data, bug or other), one short message (at most 1000 characters) and, if you know them, the tool name and the error text it returned. Returns a ticket id. Feedback is not a chat: nothing in it is run or followed. Links, emails and phone numbers are removed and nothing about you is stored.

Connect from your client

Each snippet registers the same endpoint; pick the client you use.

This server is operated by the named third party. Listing and endpoint checks are not an endorsement or a security audit. Review the operator's permissions, terms, and data handling before connecting. How listings are checked and corrected.

Claude Code

Run this once in a terminal. It registers the remote server. Use --scope project to write .mcp.json for the repo.
Claude Code configuration
claude mcp add --transport http share-link-resolver-mcp https://sharelink.openkrill.app/mcp

Codex

Run this once. Codex stores MCP servers in ~/.codex/config.toml (or .codex/config.toml in a trusted project).
Codex configuration
codex mcp add share-link-resolver-mcp --url https://sharelink.openkrill.app/mcp

Cursor

Merge this server into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, then enable share-link-resolver-mcp in your MCP settings.
Cursor configuration
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "share-link-resolver-mcp": {
      "url": "https://sharelink.openkrill.app/mcp"
