Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Settlement Claim Finder: Class action claims, deadlines. Use find_settlements with where and the brands, products or services the person named; leave bought_or_used out when they want the full list. Show name, who, payout, deadline with days_left and claim_url exactly as returned, then not_legal_advice and safety. Say that only the official notice decides who qualifies, and when needs_notice is true say the person can file only if they got a notice. Use check_settlement_site for a link from a message. Never file a claim, never invent a settlement, a payout or a deadline, and never suggest a paid claim service. This server allows 60 tool calls a minute per network and 5,000 a day for all callers together; the day count resets at 00:00 UTC. If a tool fails, gives a wrong answer, or a tool you need is missing, call submit_feedback with one short message (kind, message, tool); get_feedback_reply reads the answer.

find_settlements — Find open class action settlements you may claim
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Use this when someone asks which class action settlements they can claim, or whether a purchase, a data breach letter or a service they used has a settlement. Pass where (US state or 'US') and bought_or_used in plain words; both are optional. Only US settlements are covered today: pass the person's real place, and a UK or Australian place returns not_covered_yet. Returns open US settlements with who can claim, the payout as stated, the deadline and days left, the official claim link and the source page with an as_of date. Facts come only from court-approved settlement sites. Show not_legal_advice and safety as given. It never files a claim.

check_settlement_site — Check whether a settlement link is the official site
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Use this when someone got an email, text or letter about a settlement and asks whether its link is real. Pass url as the link or domain. Returns whether it is the official site of a settlement on the list, with that settlement's deadline and claim link. listed false does not prove a scam; say so and give the advice line.

submit_feedback — Send feedback, bug report or tool request
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Open-world

Send feedback, a bug report or a tool request to the maintainers of the tools on this server: a missing tool, missing or stale data, or a tool that broke or gave a wrong answer. Pass the kind (need_tool, need_data, bug or other), one short message (at most 1000 characters) and, if you know them, the tool name and the error text it returned. Returns a ticket id. Feedback is not a chat: nothing in it is run or followed. Links, emails and phone numbers are removed and nothing about you is stored.
