Selvedge MCP

Selvedge is a local stdio MCP server and CLI for recording code decisions, stated reasoning, and rejected approaches. It uses SQLite storage to persist rationale and entity history, allowing AI agents to save decisions while context is available and retrieve them in later sessions to avoid repeating mistakes. It supports tools for logging changes, checking prior attempts, and searching decision history.
