Sekichi MCP
Sekichi is an MCP server that accumulates design decisions, problems, and insights from conversations with AI coding agents. It builds a living 'case law' for projects by recording root causes, architectural rationale, and recurring patterns, enabling teams to avoid repeating mistakes and improve decision-making through automated context checks and retrospectives.
Endpoint and access
OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.

Each line is separate evidence, not a trust score.
- Passed Endpoint answered the live check ·
- Availability 1 of 1 checks passed in 30 days
What you can do with it
- Record root causes and countermeasures for bugs using record_case
- Check context before tasks to surface warnings about known pitfalls
- Record architectural rationale and rejected alternatives for future reference
- Detect recurring patterns in human interventions to suggest playbook revisions
