Segly MCP MCP server

Segly provides an API for splitting character art into named layers and exporting PSDs for Live2D and Spine. The MCP server allows agents to authenticate, upload images, predict layers, submit segmentation jobs, and download artifacts using a stable asynchronous contract with idempotency and credit-based billing.
