SeenRelay MCP

SeenRelay is an execution-reuse infrastructure layer for agents and services that helps decide when to re-validate deterministic state. It measures repeated expensive read-only executions, prefers local or source-native controls first, and reports whether reuse is justified based on measured savings and safety equivalence.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

What its tools do

2 tools, grouped by the hints the server advertises. Hints are self-declared, not verified behavior.

Read-only (1)

Can change data (1)

2 of 2 have a description · 2 of 2 declare behavior hints · 2 of 2 with parameters document them all

Checks and signals

Each line is separate evidence, not a trust score.

  • Passed Endpoint answered the live check ·
  • Availability 1 of 1 checks passed in 30 days

What you can do with it

  • Measure recurrence on real workloads to determine if re-validation is needed
  • Preserve authoritative validations while inspecting local reports
  • Reduce provider costs by avoiding redundant expensive read-only executions
  • Coordinate source-backed evidence across compatible callers

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Use check_fact only before repeating a paid or slow read-only source-backed validation when the caller already has a known value. SAME_OBSERVED is recent shared evidence, not universal truth, and may be reused only if caller policy permits. CHANGED_OBSERVED, CONTESTED, STALE, UNKNOWN, or any CHECK error require normal authoritative validation. After independently validating the source, use observe_fact with the obtained value. Never turn hearsay or another SeenRelay result into an independent OBSERVE.

check_fact — Check Fact Freshness
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Avoid a duplicate expensive read-only tool call before repeating source-backed validation, especially across an agent fleet. Use for repeated paid web search, metered scraping, browser/extraction, rate-limited APIs, duplicate API validation or multi-step validation when the caller already has a known value. Returns SAME_OBSERVED, CHANGED_OBSERVED, CONTESTED, STALE or UNKNOWN. Only SAME_OBSERVED can be considered for caller-policy-gated reuse; every other status requires normal authoritative validation before OBSERVE. SeenRelay never browses or verifies externally.

observe_fact — Contribute Fact Observation
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.

After independently performing a fresh paid search, scrape, browser extraction, API read or other source-backed validation, deposit the observed result for later CHECKs. Returns accepted=true when a new observation is stored or deduplicated=true for a recognized retry/recent duplicate. Never OBSERVE hearsay. Optional Ed25519 proof establishes key possession and continuity, not truth or real-world independence.

Connect from your client

Each snippet registers the same endpoint; pick the client you use.

This server is operated by the named third party. Listing and endpoint checks are not an endorsement or a security audit. Review the operator's permissions, terms, and data handling before connecting. How listings are checked and corrected.
