An open-source Python library and MCP server that extracts real section headings, levels, page spans, and text from PDFs for RAG applications. It combines PDF outlines, typography rules, and optional LLM assistance to create accurate heading trees, allowing agents to read only relevant sections rather than processing entire documents.
