An MCP server designed to resolve half-remembered, cross-source queries that AI agents might otherwise hallucinate. It provides three tools: resolve_fragment for grounded answers or ranked shortlists, verify_claim for checking factual assertions against web sources, and submit_resolution_feedback for user recognition of results.
