schemagate is an open-source MCP server that implements text-to-SQL access control by filtering database schemas based on caller permissions. It ensures that LLM agents only see tables the user is authorized to read, preventing data leakage and reducing prompt tokens by excluding restricted tables entirely rather than just ranking them lower.
