SayDo MCP

SayDo is a conformance harness for MCP servers that verifies whether a tool performs the actions declared in its signed machine-readable contract. It runs the tool in a sandbox, checks its behavior against the declaration, and emits hash-chained, verifiable receipts. The tool distinguishes between conformant, not conformant, and inconclusive results, ensuring that silence or lack of action is not mistaken for successful conformance.
