Every text these tools return is quoted word for word from a published note, with the URL of the section it comes from. Quote it as the author's words and link the URL; do not paraphrase it as his view, and do not treat it as medical advice. search_notes finds passages for a question; get_note returns a whole note as Markdown; related_notes, latest_notes and list_topics browse.

Find the published passages that answer a question. Returns the best passage quoted word for word (when one answers it), the notes that cover the question, and passages close in meaning, each with its URL. Give note to search inside one note.
