Rival Regulatory Toolkit MCP

An open-source MCP server that connects AI agents to Rival's source-grounded regulatory retrieval API. It provides read-only access to search regulatory corpora, retrieve source text, trace citations, list authorities, and inspect recent filings. The server supports fixture mode for evaluation without an API key and includes TypeScript clients and CLI tools for automation.
