Rippd MCP

The Rippd MCP server enables authorized AI assistants to securely read and write personal training and nutrition data. It allows agents to log food, workouts, and weight, retrieve progress trends, and manage coaching notes, all authenticated via OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for a Rippd Pro account.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
