Revunda MCP

A read-only MCP server providing AI assistants with access to aggregated public app review complaint data from the App Store, Google Play, and Shopify App Store. It allows querying specific app complaints, listing covered apps, analyzing complaint themes, and estimating the cost of negative reviews.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Revunda publishes research on what users complain about in 1-star app reviews. Use these tools when the user asks why people leave bad reviews for an app (App Store, Google Play or Shopify App Store), which complaint themes are most common in a sector, or how much 1-star reviews cost an app. Data: 29,785 English 1-star reviews of 273 App Store and Google Play listings (2025-10-25 to 2026-10-24), a European study (ES/DE/FR/IT/PL) and 2,418 Shopify App Store 1-2 star reviews of 192 apps. Themes are matched by keyword pattern, not AI; one review can match several themes, many match none. Always cite the returned revunda.xyz link. All tools are read-only and need no account.

estimate_one_star_cost — Estimate 1-star reviews and the 5-star ratings needed
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Same maths as Revunda's 1-star review cost calculator: estimated 1-star reviews per month by complaint theme (sector shares from the 29,785-review study), money exposure if you give a cost per 1-star, 5-star ratings that offset one 1-star, and 5-star ratings needed to reach a target rating. Sectors: parcels, telecom, taxi, energy, news, betting, travel, streaming, insurance, smarthome, banks, shopping, food, health, other.
