RepoPilot is a local, deterministic code review server that analyzes Git changes for weakened tests, CI gates, risky flows, and blast radius. It operates over stdio, supports protocol versions 2025-11-25 and 2024-11-05, and does not upload source or telemetry. It provides tools for scanning repositories, reviewing changes, and generating context, with optional verification checks requiring explicit client approval.
