Regula MCP
An open-source Python CLI and MCP server that performs local, offline static analysis of source code to identify AI governance risk indicators under the EU AI Act, South Korea AI Basic Act, and Colorado SB 26-189. It maps findings to framework references, generates evidence scaffolds for compliance documentation, and reports insufficient information rather than guessing compliance status, ensuring no data is uploaded without explicit consent.
