Raven Verify MCP

A local developer tool for verifying Solana token receipts offline. It runs deterministic checks against pinned keys and libraries to produce evidence (PROCEED or REFUSE) without live-chain fetches or transaction permissions. It supports agent workflows by providing verifiable, point-in-time evidence about on-chain state before action.
