Ratchet is a read-only MCP server that inspects local agent setups to list connected MCP servers, identify unpinned versions, and compile least-privilege policies based on actual agent behavior. It allows agents to audit their own environment and generate verifiable evidence of permissions without executing any tools or requiring external trust.
