A read-only MCP server providing access to the RAK Real Estate catalogue of off-plan projects in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. It allows AI agents to list projects, retrieve details, compare options, and search by area, developer, or language using the same data as the site's assistant.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

RAK Real Estate lists off-plan projects in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Al Marjan Island, Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra, RAK Central and other areas). Prices are starting prices in AED as listed on the project pages. Price, availability, payment plan and handover change: cite the project page (its url) with any figure. Use list_projects to find projects by area, developer, budget or handover year; get_project_details for one project; compare_projects for two to four side by side; list_developers and list_areas for the directories; search_site for guides and articles.
