Rail MCP

Rail MCP provides a budget, approval, and receipt layer for AI agents purchasing on behalf of humans. It wraps Stripe Link for settlement and operates in dry-run mode by default to prevent unauthorized charges. The server manages local state for budgets, proposals, and receipts, allowing agents to propose purchases, wait for human approval, and record settlements or refunds.
