Qiskit Gym MCP Server
An MCP server enabling AI agents to perform reinforcement learning-based quantum circuit synthesis. It supports training RL agents for permutation (SWAP routing), linear function (CNOT synthesis), and Clifford circuit synthesis. Features include background training with polling, model persistence, TensorBoard integration, and access to exact IBM Quantum hardware coupling maps for targeted training on specific topologies like Heron and Nighthawk.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Train RL agents to synthesize optimal Clifford circuits on custom grid topologies
- Extract connected subgraphs from IBM hardware coupling maps for targeted training
- Run long training sessions in background threads with status polling
- Access exact coupling maps from IBM Quantum fake backends offline
