Provared MCP Executor

An executor for MCP tool servers that stands between an agent and the server, holding credentials to ensure the agent has no other way through. It checks every tool call against a person's passkey-signed permission before passing it on, writes a countersigned receipt for each action, and keeps a local copy of every call to verify against the agent's log.
